pubgists is currently in a non-public test period. The following limitations apply during this phase:
(1) These Terms of Use govern the use of the service "pubgists", operated by dadazunano GmbH, Rheinstr. 28c, 76543 Baden-Baden (hereinafter "Provider").
(2) pubgists is an editorial news service that extracts progress signals from publicly accessible publications of the German Federal Government and research institutes and presents them as a newsletter.
(3) By signing up for the newsletter, the user accepts these Terms of Use.
(1) The Provider offers a newsletter service in various subscription plans:
New users may be offered a free 30-day trial with the full Premium feature set (excluding data export), without providing payment details. See the Privacy Policy for details.
(2) Content is based on publicly accessible documents and is processed through AI-assisted extraction and human editorial review. Every published signal includes a source reference.
(3) The Provider gives no warranty for the completeness, currency, or accuracy of the processed content. The content does not constitute political advice.
(4) There is no entitlement to a specific scope, specific themes, or a specific frequency of content. Editorial selection is at the Provider's sole discretion.
(1) Registration takes place via the website pubgists.com. The user provides their email address and selects a subscription plan.
(2) Registration follows the double opt-in procedure pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. The contract is only formed upon confirmation of the opt-in link.
(3) The confirmation link is valid for 72 hours. After that, registration must be repeated.
(1) Current prices are available on the website pubgists.com.
(2) During the test phase all subscription plans are free. The transition to paid plans will be communicated to users at least 4 weeks in advance by email. Users may cancel before charges begin.
(3) Payment processing for paid subscriptions is handled by Stripe, Inc. Stripe's Terms of Service also apply.
(4) Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically for one month at a time unless cancelled.
(1) The Provider reserves the right to modify, expand, or restrict the service at any time. This includes in particular: changes to available themes and sources, changes to delivery frequency or format, changes to or discontinuation of individual subscription plans, and addition or removal of features.
(2) Material changes that substantially restrict the scope of a paid subscription will be communicated to the user at least 4 weeks in advance by email. In such cases the user has a special right of termination effective on the date the change takes effect.
(1) The Provider may change prices for paid subscriptions with 4 weeks' notice before the next renewal period.
(2) Price changes will be communicated to the user by email. If the user does not object within 4 weeks, the new price applies from the next billing period.
(3) In the event of an objection, the subscription ends at the conclusion of the current billing period.
(1) Free subscriptions may be cancelled at any time without notice — via the unsubscribe link in any email or by email to kk@dadazunano.de.
(2) Paid subscriptions may be cancelled at any time effective at the end of the current billing period.
(3) Discontinuation by the Provider: The Provider may discontinue the service entirely with 30 days' notice. Amounts already paid for unused periods will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
Right of withdrawal for consumers: You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (dadazunano GmbH, Rheinstr. 28c, 76543 Baden-Baden, email: kk@dadazunano.de) by means of a clear statement. It is sufficient to send the notification before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal: If you withdraw from this contract, we will repay all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal.
(1) The Provider is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence.
(2) For minor negligence, the Provider is only liable for breaches of material contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical of this type of contract.
(3) Newsletter content is for information purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial, or political advice.
(1) The editorial processing and design of the newsletter content is protected by copyright.
(2) The underlying source documents are publicly accessible publications. The Provider makes no claim to intellectual property rights in those source documents.
(3) Personal, non-commercial use and sharing of individual signals with attribution "pubgists" is expressly encouraged.
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
(1) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
(2) If the user is a merchant, the place of jurisdiction is Baden-Baden.
(3) Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
(4) The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use with 4 weeks' notice.
